Every recommendation traces to a published source.
Two things have to be true at once. Every assessment the system proposes must trace to published clinical evidence. And the system itself must be validated the way any clinical instrument is — studied, measured, published.
This is a tool for clinicians and researchers — not a shortcut around them. The researcher keeps authorship. The clinician keeps the final decision.
Our research
Validation studies with university clinical researchers are underway. Institutions are named here when agreements are signed — not before.
Stuttering counts vary even between trained raters. We're designing a study with university researchers to test whether automated analysis of a 5–10 minute video can identify stuttering moments, types, and severity reliably.
Early collaboration exploring automated communication assessment for people living with MS, with clinical academic supervision.
Exploring whether structured assessment documents — every line linked to its source — can help train students and early-career therapists in clinical reasoning.
The evidence discipline inside the product
Every assessment in the library carries its primary source. If a rule has no citation, it does not reach a clinician.
The score thresholds that decide what counts as a concern — and all quality judgments — are set by clinicians, never by a model.
If the engine surfaces a test a clinic doesn't use, clinicians review its validation evidence first. Only after they approve it does it get recommended.
The research we stand on
A curated reading list of the published work behind the measures and methods in the system — linked to the journals of record, never re-hosted. Curated by our clinical research lead; first entries publishing with the validation program.
Entries appear here as our research lead reviews and approves them, starting alongside the first validation study.
Researching assessment, measurement, or AI in allied health?
We partner with university researchers on validation studies. You design the study and author the publication. We provide the platform and de-identified data access.
