Your clinician, with more time for you.
You might have seen the word “AI” and felt uneasy. That’s fair — so here it is plainly.
AI does not assess you. Your clinician does.
No AI decides your care. Cliro can only suggest things to your clinician — who accepts, changes, or ignores each one.
Nothing reaches you straight from a machine. A real clinician reviews everything first.
What Cliro actually is
Cliro is software your care team uses in the background. It reads the files and prepares the paperwork before your visit. That gives your clinician more time with you.
Your story, told once
Your story is kept in one place for your care team.
No repeating a hard story to every new person who joins your care.
When you see someone new on the team, you won’t have to repeat your story.
Your information
- Stays with your clinic.
- Shared only with people your clinician approves — like your family doctor (GP), the organisation paying for your care, or your child’s school. No one else.
- Sometimes your clinician may record a session so the software can help with notes. Your clinic asks your permission first.
- You can ask your clinic what can be corrected or deleted, and what they are legally required to keep.
Your rights
- You can always ask why. Your clinician can explain the reasons behind any decision in normal words.
- A person is responsible. Every note has a clinician’s name and signature on it — never just “the computer”.
It’s your care, and you’re allowed to understand it.
Care in your language
Use the language that feels natural to you. The software helps your clinician understand what you said — and a person still checks everything.
We keep your exact words, in your language. Any translation sits next to them, not over them.
The translation sits next to your own words. It never replaces them.
If you’re curious, just ask about Cliro at your next visit.
You don’t have to decide anything. It’s just a question for the people already caring for you.
- Will you review everything the software prepares?
- Can I see what it noted about me?
- What happens to my recordings?
